Hot Dip Galvanizing is a proven process that provides long-lasting protection for steel by coating it with a layer of zinc. In this method, steel components are thoroughly cleaned and then immersed in a bath of molten zinc at around 450°C. This creates a strong, metallurgical bond between the zinc and steel, forming a tough, durable coating that resists rust and corrosion even in harsh environments.
